We had the best possible experience with Eli from RCL. He was highly recommended by a neighbor and came out promptly to evaluate our broken garage door. He gave us a quote to fix the existing door (which was older) or to replace the entire system. I called several other companies who also gave us quotes, including expensive "upgrades." Surprisingly, Eli's quote for a new system was half of the price of the other companies, and that included all of the "upgrades" that the others were offering. I was told that the lead time for other companies was a few weeks, however, Eli was able to get the door that we wanted and install it for us within days.
