We had a wonderful experience with Eli! Super professional and got the job done quickly at a very reasonable price. We called him on a Monday morning for help with our broken garage door and he was able to come out in only 30 minutes. Not only that, he had all the parts to fix everything right then and there. Eli at Rivercity is extremely professional and is an expert in his field. I called him this morning and he showed up to my house within an hour or two. He did exactly what I needed him to do. He quickly installed two digital door locks and took a look at my garage door as well.

After losing my car keys the night before, I called around to several locksmiths and got a good quote from Eli. He arrived at my house within 20 minutes, was very professional and courteous, and got the job done quickly. Losing keys is never a good feeling, but I was so thankful that Eli was able to come out and get things moving for me right away! I definitely recommend these guys!

Honestly, Eli was so incredibly helpful! He installed a new security lock on two doors and he installed a new garage spring and garage door opener. He is easy to work with and so fast. I've used River City Locksmith for two homes so far. Eli shows up on time if not early, he's professional, and keeps his workspace clean and organized. On the first home, he installed 2 key pad entry locks and rekeyed 4 locks. He also installed a new garage motor that connects to my WiFi! Today, he rekeyed 6 locks for me and did a courtesy inspection of the garage motor for a new home purchase. Eli was able to squeeze me in earlier than previously scheduled. I have his contact locked in for future services.

Eli repaired our back “Peach Tree” style door. (Not sure why it’s named that) The repair was extremely difficult, three locks on one tall 92” door. He had to remove the door, his son helped with that. He replaced the channel for the locks. Everything works perfectly now, with the door safely in place. Eli is competent, polite, and very knowledgeable about his work. We highly recommend him, his work ethic is exceptional.

This is the 3rd time I’ve called on Eli for help over the past three years. I phoned him on a Sunday evening, and he was at my home Monday morning. Talk about a speedy response! He repaired a key component of my garage door very efficiently and tested everything several times to make sure everything was operating smoothly. Eli is a great communicator, meticulous about his work, and he’s on time. In the past, he’s replaced my garage door opener, researched and installed security locks in my home, and made me extra keys. He also has done excellent work for my neighbors. I couldn’t ask for a better person, and I consider him to be a great, highly-trusted resource. Again, Five stars aren’t enough for Eli.

Our experience with Eli was excellent from start to finish. Our garage broke on a Saturday, but Eli answered his cell phone promptly and was able to come over within a couple hours. He was timely and professional, and explained the repair process. He replaced our spring and got the garage door up and running in about 30 min. Highly recommend!
When I called Eli, I didn't expect him to come out the same day, but he arrived in less than an hour. I needed a doorknob and deadbolt replaced. He did that AND put in a deadbolt in a door that didn't previously have one! He also helped me connect my garage door opener to wi-fi. He saw the opener and just asked if I used it through an app. When I said "no" he immediately offered to get me set up. He's so helpful! I can't recommend him enough!

Chatted, talked about needs and he come very next day (I didn’t need same day.) He re-keyed my security gate door, installed a coded key lock and matched the 2 keys to match.
